GlobalFoundries has filed an Article 7 petition with Saratoga County seeking a judicial review of the town of Malta's tax assessment of its construction project at the Luther Forest Technology Campus. The company had until today to file a petition to challenge the assessment with the country, and a judge will review the case to make a final determination.
