Construction on the Tecumseh Business and Technology Campus is on schedule for completion by the end of July, city manager Kevin Welch reported to the city council last week.

GlobalFoundries appeals tax case to county

GlobalFoundries has filed an Article 7 petition with Saratoga County seeking a judicial review of the town of Malta's tax assessment of its construction project at the Luther Forest Technology Campus. The company had until today to file a petition to challenge the assessment with the country, and a judge will review the case to make a final determination.
