Yes, you can put all £7k in equities.
or you can have two mini ISAs, one with £3k in deposits (eg Kent
reliance BS) and the other with £4k in equities.
Or you can (vainly) search for a maxi ISA (single wrapper) which gives
you a good rate on £3k cash and good dealing on £4k securities.
