It's worth pointing out that anyone putting the max into a (good)
mini-Cash ISA every year is getting perilously close to the £35k
compensation limit, and will surely go over next year. Anyone who rolled
a Tessa into the same pot is already over (unless they are spreading it
between multiple institutions).
